Bespoke Experience
THE ARCHIVE OF MEMORY
A private dining experience built around the wine, not the other way around.
Almost everywhere you go, you choose the food then the wine. We start with the bottle.
'I built this because I kept watching good bottles get neglected, chosen last to match a menu that had already been decided.
They never got the chance to shine.' Ella, Founder
Each Bespoke Experience begins with rare, indigenous wines: qvevri-fermented Georgian reds, coastal Tunisian whites, bottles that rarely get the chance to lead. The result isn't a standard tasting. It's a sequence of chapters: rare pours, sensory storytelling and flavours chosen with intention.
It's more than a meal. It's a story told in courses, meant to be remembered.

How It's Built in Singapore
At The Velvet Bottle, you choose the bottles. From there, the menu is curated around them by an accomplished Singapore private chef, turning the evening into wine-led private dining rather than a standard wine pairing dinner. Each tasting is designed as a ritual: every bottle coded by emotional archetype, every course built to evoke memory, belonging and a touch of playful rebellion
Sessions can be held at home, for a corporate gathering or as an intimate dinner for a special occasion. Each one is built around the bottles you've chosen, paired with a chef-led menu, with the story behind each pour woven into the evening. Minimum 2 guests, ideally 4 to 6 for the full experience.
Butler service and full table setup can be added on request. Wine and logistics are also charged separately from the menu price, depending on the number of courses.
