Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase wine or alcoholic beverages from our website in accordance with the legal drinking age in Singapore. We may request age verification upon delivery to ensure compliance with the law.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. In case a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you and may offer a suitable replacement or cancel the order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway, and you are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Delivery

We offer delivery services within Singapore. However, for places with tight security such as Data Centers etc, recipients are required to collect the items at the gate.

Delivery is only conducted on Monday – Friday (no delivery on weekends and public holidays). Orders (exclude perishable foods) to be dispatched in 2-3 working days upon receipt of payment.
Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

velvet Rewards:

Use your velvetpoints like cash on orders of SGD 150 or more. Points and vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. Only one offer applies per order.

Your velvetpoint balance will expire after 12 months of inactivity. Inactivity is defined as any 12-month period during which you do not make a Qualifying Purchase. A Qualifying Purchase is any order with a subtotal of SGD 50 or more paid for by cash or credit card.

velvetpoints are only earned on successful, non-returned orders. Any points earned on items that are later returned or fully refunded will be deducted from your velvetpoint balance. Rewards used on returned orders are considered forfeited

Sale and Distribution Restrictions

You may not resell or redistribute the products purchased on our website. All sales are for personal consumption only.

Refund

Given the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, our standard policy is that all sales are considered final. We do not typically offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We are committed to addressing your concerns and exploring potential resolutions on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable Singaporean consumer protection laws.
