Returns & Refunds
At The Velvet Bottle, we take pride in the care we put into selecting, packing, and delivering every bottle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
Due to the nature of wine and perishability of the product, we generally cannot accept returns for a change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. In some cases, store credit or replacement bottles may be offered as an alternative.
Exchanges
If you’ve received the wrong product, we’ll happily arrange a replacement. Please keep the bottle(s) in their original packaging and contact us for next steps.
Exceptions
- Opened bottles cannot be returned unless there is a clear fault with the wine.
- Vintage variation and natural differences are not considered faults.
- International orders may be subject to additional restrictions.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Please email us at letsdrink@thevelvetbottle.com with your order number, photos of the product (if damaged), and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review and respond promptly.
