First produced in 2000 to mark the turn of the millennium, this blend brings together Bordeaux and Rhône varieties grown in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley. The region’s altitude and dry Mediterranean climate allow for full ripening while retaining freshness, giving the wine both richness and structure. Château Ksara’s style remains rooted in balance, favouring savoury complexity and drinkability over excess extraction.

Tasting Note
Broad and expressive, with notes of black cherry, plum and cassis layered alongside liquorice, sweet spice and dried Mediterranean herbs. Full-bodied with supple tannins, the palate carries ripe dark fruit balanced by freshness and gentle warmth. The finish is savoury and persistent, with subtle spice and earthy depth.
Best enjoyed decanted, allowing its depth to unfold beautifully.
