Produced by Domaine Neferis in Tunisia, Vieux Magnifique is crafted entirely from Syrah grown on clay-limestone soils along the maritime edge of the estate. Benefiting from cooling coastal influences and marked day–night temperature shifts, the wine combines Mediterranean ripeness with freshness and structure. Following careful selection of the estate’s best parcels, the wine undergoes extended ageing in oak barrels for 18 months, giving depth and refinement while preserving varietal character.

Tasting Note
Deep and expressive, with aromas of blackberry, dark plum and black olive layered alongside sweet spice, cedar and subtle earthy notes. The palate is full bodied yet composed, showing ripe dark fruit, savoury complexity and polished tannins balanced by lifted acidity. Oak ageing adds texture and warmth without overwhelming the wine’s freshness, leading to a long, structured finish.
