Zoltán Demeter is regarded as one of Tokaj’s most thoughtful modern growers, known for wines that emphasise balance, site expression and restraint. This late harvest cuvée is produced from carefully selected fruit grown on Tokaj’s volcanic soils, where long autumn ripening preserves both concentration and acidity. Rather than pursuing the richness of traditional Aszú styles, Demeter’s approach here is lighter and more precise, allowing the freshness and mineral tension of Tokaj to remain at the forefront.

Tasting Note
Aromas of apricot, citrus peel and blossom lead into a palate layered with stone fruit, honey and gentle botrytis character. The sweetness is balanced by bright acidity and a fine mineral backbone, giving the wine lift, freshness and length without heaviness.
