Grown at high altitude in Lebanon’s Bekaa Valley, this Chardonnay benefits from warm Mediterranean days tempered by cool mountain nights, allowing the fruit to retain freshness and definition. The wine is matured for eight to nine months in new French oak, bringing texture and depth while preserving balance and varietal character.

Tasting Note
Layered and refined, with aromas of citrus peel, white peach and ripe apricot alongside subtle notes of toasted hazelnut and buttered brioche. The palate is full bodied and creamy without heaviness, combining ripe stone fruit, lemon curd and gentle oak spice with a savoury mineral edge. Fresh acidity carries the wine through a long, composed finish.
