Crafted from hand-harvested grapes gently pressed to preserve their aromatic finesse, this Chardonnay undergoes natural fermentation in oak barrels, 30% of which are new. Extended lees contact and winter malolactic fermentation enrich the wine’s texture, adding depth and complexity. After 11–13 months on the lees, the wine is carefully racked, blended, lightly filtered and bottled in-house, resulting in a refined, elegant expression of Chardonnay with a creamy yet vibrant profile.
